Create a clean, single-sided architectural fireplace with the flames presented through an open front. The Montreal Front is a flueless built-in fireplace casing designed for Decoflame bioethanol burner configurations, with three widths and three burner-control options.

Burner configurations

• Net Zero: standard manual bioethanol burner configuration.
• F3: automatic burner with three flame levels and control by remote or app.
• F6: automatic burner with five standard flame levels plus ECO mode and control by remote or app. Smart-home integration and external refuelling may be available as project-specific options.

Electrical requirements depend on the selected burner. Confirm the final burner specification, power provision and clearances before construction.

Construction and installation

The casing uses 8 mm aluminium for the housing and baseplate, finished in black fine-structure powder coating. A glass screen helps protect the flame from draughts. No chimney, flue or gas connection is required. Installation must follow the Australian installation manual and the model-specific technical drawing supplied for the selected burner.

Use suitable non-combustible construction, maintain the specified clearances and room requirements, and do not seal the required cooling gap. Take particular care when planning a television, artwork or other heat-sensitive item above the fireplace.
