Cooking Performance
Three stainless steel main burners provide controlled heat across the 60 x 46 cm main cooking area, making the Phantom Rogue® PRO-S 425 RSIB suitable for everyday grilling, hood-down roasting and entertaining.
The infrared side burner gives you a dedicated high-heat searing zone, while the rear infrared burner adds the ability to cook roast-style meals with consistent radiant heat. Together, they make this BBQ much more versatile than a standard 3-burner grill.
Infrared SIZZLE ZONE® Side Burner
The large infrared SIZZLE ZONE® side burner is designed for intense high-heat searing. It is ideal for steaks, chops and premium cuts where a caramelised crust and bold sear marks make all the difference.
It also provides an additional cooking zone outside the main grill, giving you more flexibility when cooking for family or guests.
Infrared Rear Burner
The infrared rear burner provides consistent radiant heat from the back of the grill, making it ideal for roast-style cooking and compatible rotisserie use.
