Compared with the Rogue® PRO-S 525 RSB, this RSIB model replaces the standard range side burner with a large infrared SIZZLE ZONE® side burner, making it the stronger choice for customers who prioritise steakhouse-style searing.
Cooking Performance
Four stainless steel main burners provide excellent control across the generous 73 x 46 cm cooking surface, giving you room to grill, roast, sear and manage multiple heat zones at once.
The large infrared SIZZLE ZONE® side burner gives you a dedicated high-heat searing station, while the rear infrared burner adds roast-style cooking capability for customers wanting more versatility from one BBQ.
Infrared SIZZLE ZONE® Side Burner
The large infrared SIZZLE ZONE® side burner is designed for intense, fast heat. It is ideal for searing steaks, chops and premium cuts where a caramelised crust and bold sear marks make all the difference.
It also gives you an additional cooking zone outside the main grill area, helping you cook more efficiently when entertaining.
Infrared Rear Burner
The infrared rear burner provides consistent radiant heat from the back of the grill, making it ideal for roast-style cooking and compatible rotisserie use.
Please note that the rotisserie kit is not included with this model. Customers wanting full rotisserie cooking should pair it with the compatible Napoleon rotisserie accessory.
